-Broaden professional growth and development among our membership

park opportunities in our local communities
-Encourage cooperation among agencies and organizations
concerned with theadvancement of parks and recreation in Rhode Island
-Promote legislation that will advance parks and recreation programs, services,
 and facilities in our communities
-Encourage research and debate regarding parks and recreation issues affecting our association
