Recreation and Parks Association

Dear fellow New England Park & Recreation Professionals & Volunteers,

On behalf of the 2016 Vermont Conference Committee and the Vermont Recreation & Parks Association Executive Committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to the 2016 Vermont Conference on Recreation. When the National Recreation & Park Association discontinued the New England Training Institute (NETI), the 6 New England states decided that we would invite members of all the New England state recreation associations to our conferences and…offer all our members the opportunity to register at the member rate. We would welcome your registration at the member rate.

Our conference brochure and registration form is available on the VRPA website at www.vrpa.org. Check it out! With 27 speakers from 6 states and the District of Columbia, 28 different education sessions, and the opportunity to earn 1.0 continuing education units, this may be just the training opportunity you are looking for. You can register for just Wednesday, just Thursday, or both days.

The 2016 Vermont Conference on Recreation is being held at Lake Morey Resort in Fairlee, VT (not far from White River Junction) on September 21st and 22nd.

We’d love to have you join us and look forward to attending your state conference sometime soon.
